If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to look for a new bed. They have a promotion where you get R1000 off. Was mislead by the consultant to believe the R1000 still needed to be deducted from the price showed on the mattress. The mattress was R6999. We asked her 3 times if we will pay R5999 then and she said yes it was not yet deducted. We shopped around more that day but Dial a bed had the best price. Then when we came back the next day we were told by another consutant that the R1000 was already deducted so the price is R6999. When we asked the consultant lady that helped us the previous day, she denied telling us that it still needs to be deduted. The price that is R6999 is correct but that not what she told us and we are unhappy with the service but they do not care they didnt even appologise or offer free shipping for example. They were in the wrong but do not care about customer satisfaction. When I told the concultant that they do not care about customers and that we are unhappy he laughed at me.I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Please be careful if you do deside to buy from them.
