The overall experience was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our sneakers were done before the due date. The communication from the store was great as you never needed to call to follow up. Friendly, professional and organized. Such a good experience. I never washed my Supergas because I was worried it would turn yellow. Sneaker shack made my shoes look brand new and it didn't turn yellow. They also messaged to let me know it was ready, great customer service.

Very professional service. I love the paperless sign up and notifications of when your shoes are ready. There was also a pre and post inspection done by you and the team. Our shoes came out looking new even though the pricing is a little high, it's actually worth it in the end. They also wash caps.
