Waited 5 weeks for a call back... had to follow up more than twice. Eventually got sorted.

Grown to big. Poor client and especially technical service. Quote on things that are not even wrong or wrong. Get a second opinion with them. Control room reaction poor. Guards try their best. Thank you gaurds

Called countless times, was told my that someone was in their way. 7 days ago. I hope they don't take this long if there's an emergency

I found them to be a chain of desired customer experience, no matter who you interacted with, from receptionist to installers, the level of professionalism was never questionable.

Technical ComplaintI do not know what is going on with Mid Alarms these days but the service when you want to install additional to your alarm system then the service is excellent BUT when you report a fault to be repaired on your alarm system it just does not happen until you start calling Mid Alarms after weeks of reporting the fault. Example: I reported a fault and asked for a job card to be made out for a problem on my alarm on the 07 Aug 2021 and until today they have not arrived to repair the irritating fault on my alarm. I just phoned them yesterday 17 Aug 2021 and they promised to be at my house before 16.30 which never happened and now this morning 18 Aug 2021 I had to get nasty on the phone and all of a sudden a gent by the name of Herman has promised me they will be here by 13.00 today. Now we will see what happens.My other question is I have been with Mid Alarms for many years (+- 20) and never missed a monthly payment and also pay a monthly maintenance contract which I do not complain about when it goes up every year but over the years the service has gone backwards when you really need them to repair faults.I really hope the CEO of Mid Alarms gets this note and personally gets back to me knowing what is going on in his Company that he might not know about.
