Real estate company with great service and great real estate agents.The agent spoken to here was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding our enquiries, for both residential and commercial. Very honest and upfront about everything too.Viewings were organised very quickly, and information flowed to us very smoothly and easily. Very impressed in dealing with the real estate agents here, they are well worth consulting with!

We have rented two different properties with Blackburne both through property manager Tiahn Elliott. Tiahn is the reason we sticking with Blackburne, she has great communication, clear information and definitely goes above and beyond to assist with questions and concerns. Would recommend Tiahn to anyone who is looking for a genuine and professional property manager!

The first year of our rental experience was great and then we were assigned a new property manager. It has been one of the worst rental experiences I have had. The communication was atrocious during the rest of our 1.5 year tenancy, when we do receive a response it is delayed by weeks.Issues throughout regarding different things.The moving out process, which should be easy has been average at best with an open houses organised with only 2 days notice over a public holiday weekend.Trying to organise a lift key has been terrible, no information was received and going between Blackburne and the strata management with no knowledge from either party.

A five star review for Hugh Peacock who meticulously guided us through the purchase of an off the plan unit in West Village Karrinyup . At no time did we feel pressured and we felt we were the only buyer he had to attend to. Any request for additional information was promptly attended to-very professional performance. After a joyous, issue-free 5 years of renting with my girlfriend, it was my turn to be burdened with the sheer incompetencies of Blackburne property management.
