Good day,I am totally disgusted with the service or rather the lack of service from Procell Bloemfontein. I visited them on Thursday 12 Nov to have my Samsung's screen replaced. They did not have stock but indicated that they can assist on Saturday. Coming Saturday their technicians were late and I did not hand in my tablet because I use it for work and did not want to be without it for the weekend.I made an appointment for Monday and handed in my tablet at 08:00, asking when I can collect it. I was told at 16:00 and requested that they should phone me if it is completed earlier.Coming 16:00 and having heard NOTHING from them I went to Procell being presented with my STILL BROKEN tablet. They COULD NOT FIX IT and I lost 8 hours of work because they DID not phone me! Pathetic service!Further when I inserted my SIM the tablet would not respond to it where it was working perfectly before I handed it in. SO WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING WITH MY TABLET WHILE NOT FIXING IT. Stealing spares????Thanks for NOTHING.Pieter
