I was struggeling from shoulder stiffnes from frozen shoulder. I had tried schockwave treatment and physio treatments for years before i was recommended to see Joy. My range of movement in my shoulder was about 55%, after just a few treatments my range of movements was up to 80%, after 10 treatments I am now 100% recovered. I could really recommend Joy she is really professional and have a big engagement towards the clients recovery.

I have been a client of JTN from lockdown, and have a monthly appointment that I do not miss! From the time I enter the space, all of my senses are put at ease. The therapist takes the time to assess not only my physical issues, but mental as well (which plays a big part in how my body is feeling). The music played during the massage is soothing, and Joy/Nicola constantly check in to see if I am doing ok. I find that so much comes to the surface while having my session, perhaps emotions I have tried to suppress that transfers into pain in my body. So I find it incredible fulfilling and freeing to be able to work through those whilst on the table, as they really do create a safe space. We also have a chat after the session, and they provide valuable advice that I can take into my life to make sure that I stay pain-free.
