Mentors hosted a work function.The menu was delightful and the service was top notch.

Visited Mentors Country Estate for a wedding ceremony, very beautiful location for functions, chapel is small but beautiful stained glass windows and warm atmosphere, the hall on the other hand is spacious and lots of dance space, and food was delicious. Enjoyed our evening there.

The establishment is perfect for large scale events. Very good location, very well maintained. Gardens were well kept. The food was good quality and well prepared. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The manager and Steven went the extra mile to assist.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay over not far from all shops.

I love country living, I live in the country and depend much on farming. Visiting such places keeps me learning and improving my country living ideas. This is one place where tyou tend to breathe fresh air directly from the green leaves. Planning a day or two outside city polluted air, visit this place and you'll enjoy the breeze.

House Luise was beautiful. The surrounding itself was a breath of fresh air, my children enjoyed seeing the animals and we had fun jogging around the block before check out.However, the service was terrible. From check in with the receptionist. She gave me a funny look when I asked about breakfast options, she then offered to call Steven to ask. she laughed loudly and turned away while they exchanged remarks on the phone. Steven shortly came, processed my payment and pointed me towards the house. On entering the house, the alarm went off like crazy - only then was I given the security code. I was appalled to find that the bathrooms did not come with basic things! No Towels, no hand washing soap. Steven was very rude when asked about this and did not even try to rectify this. It took every inch of self-respect I have for me nit to hang up on him as he kept going on. The mattress felt like it had a hole in the center.I definitely will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The closest country feeling in town, with beautiful event venues and the most beautiful stone church for picture perfect weddings.Friendly and well organized front of house and staff members are friendly and welcoming.The kiddies party venue is one of the best in the eastern cape. Clean and homely overnight accommodation.Make your bookings here for functions, weddings, kiddie parties and sports events with the rugby field available.Definitely value for money and in a peaceful tranquil environment.

I just had one of the most relaxing weekends in a while. Great management and friendly people all around. The most spectacular views all around. And the animals give of that farm vibe. We simply loved it. Will be back soon.
