Take your business elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic service they sent me a damaged waffle maker in a meat grinder box. Dealing with owner and staff for a refund was a nightmare that lasted 6 months and ended only when i sort legal help (I definitely would of not gotten my money back had i not). They also grossly over charge for delivery. Please be mindful ordering online if you are not in Gauteng and can not physically demand money back from them. They promise you a refund and do not follow through then lie to you and make excuse after excuse. At one point i got laughed at and told that i was rude and therefore would not be getting my money back. They do not email nor do they call you back and you are forced to follow up and get lied to. Wish i could rate zero stars.

I read the reviews and still decided to order from them, so, my mistake.Ordered one product and received another. My entire bar was build to accommodate sliding doors, so hinge doors do not fit. I notified them, upon which they said they will replace them, fair enough, but it has been 2 months now and nothing. Please take your business elsewhere

Jonas was quick to sell the Ice machine to me but the after service once the unit has left their building was pathetic. Trying to get help with settings he did not show interest to assist.They sale is done so why should he worry.I just hope their product is quality and not going to have problems in the future.AFTER SERVICE IS POOR POOR POOR!!!

Customer service is not up to standard, we ordered a fridge, yes it was used, however the fridge was not even cleaned, the rust was laying everywhere at the bottom and one of the lights didn't even work. Obviosly as any client would be we were upset and when we confronted them we got a quite abit of backlash. So much for the client always being right.

This is the worst service so far received from a catering company in Pta.I spoke to a Sales person by the name of JonasFirst service was good instructed me how to request a quotation from them.I exactly did what he said. That's where the good service stoppedPhoned the following day to enquire about my quote only to be told he didn't receive it and that i had to resend it.Then received my quote a few hours later.Immediately after receiving the quote i made payment and had my bank send the proof on my behalf as some companies think that if you send it via your own email that the proof is fraudulent.Phoned him yesterday to enquire whether he had received the proof only to be told he didn't.Which is funny because my bank sent me the very same proof automatically to my inbox.So i re-sent the proof and was told beforehand that my couple of thousand rand purchase doesn't compare to the millions he works with everyday.Seems the people working at this company is too lazy to check their mail.He informed me that if he doesn't receive proof my purchase will not be processed and delivered.Which is extremely rude to say the least.Why do they have a creditors and debtors department to process payments.Needless to say this was my first and last purchase from this company

first the advertisement was misleading, they advertised it as new/hedged sliding/sling door/used. In the description they don't specify that the product is used and very old but still working, I will attach a photo of the description. When I phoned on the Monday to find out if they have received my order, they told me they will get back to me because they need to check if they have stock, Tuesday was a public holiday so they were closed, Wednesday when I phoned I was put through to a new person to speak to, Hava, then she told me that they managed to get stock for me but I must keep in mind that it is a Used Refurbished DEMO model, I was disappointed but she assured me that it was like a brand new fridge and there is no dents or scratches you won't even see the difference between a second hand demo or a new one, I had to pay R 600 for delivery from Centurion to Krugersdorp. When the fridge arrived it was a very very old model and did not work properly, you could see the aging in the fridge, the doors were not sealing and the bottom of the fridge all the coating was of with the years of use, when I phoned and told her that I was not happy with what she had sent me because what she made me believe I was buying and what I got was 2 different things, I proceeded and asked her I would rather pay the difference and take the new fridge, they then arranged to deliver the new fridge and took the old one back, but I had to pay an additional R 365 for delivery which totals to almost R1000 for delivery, my goods were not the only goods on their delivery truck, and when I told her I don't think it is fair to charge me again for delivery fees, these people are exporting and misleading their clients
