I went to the Debonairs next to the Fishaways restaurant and there was a bout of loadshedding whilst waiting for our order. The staff were not communicating with us whether we'd still be able to receive our meal or a refund. They kept laughing and talking amongst themselves. No one saw it fit to let the customers know about the generator and whether it would working or not. The service was not great at all.

I just got my delivery about 20 minutes ago,,, I'm very disappointed with fish aways Ermelo.Delivery was fast but the food.Did you just give me rice which stayed in the heat the whole day?Had to throw away the rice.To make matters worse the coleslaw wasn't fresh at all I failed to eat it.Had to eat the fish only that is the only thing which tasted fresh

Very very bad delivery and service ever..... Ordered my family's food at 18:00 its now 20:10!!! 2 hours 10 min waiting.... For cold fish!!! And all the manager can tell me is SORRYCalled the restaurant to ask where is my food.... No the driver left a long time ago.... Phoned the driver no his bike is broken..... We will try to get the other driver to pickup your food and delivered it....Phone the customer and tell them whats going on..... Or call the manager at the restaurant and tell them whats going on .... Very very disappointed in my book 0 stars.... If I didn't phoned to ask where is my food nobody would've known....

Food was orderd and told that food will take 12 minutes and after a long while i saw food being placed under the light and the lady that helped me was walking around in the store and not checking the food and after a long while asked me for my order number and the same food i saw placed under the light was then taken and given to meFood was cold when opened at my houseThis service is not good for Fisfaways
