Extremely unprofessional! Cara has zero communication skills. Prices keep changing, I had to tell Jimmy 3 times what my car was in a 5 min span. Still wound up with wrong paperwork and keys! These ppl should be ashamed smh

It was raining and got stuck - the guy I spoke to on the phone was so assuring that I should stay put help is on the way. In no time the truck arrived. Was given an umbrella so that I don't get wet walking to the truck. Was towed home - the guy was very professional and friendly. Keep it up guys - oooh and their rates are so low..

The best service from any towing company I’ve ever used - they were promptly on time, had very new, and well looked after trucks and equipment, and had no hassles at all. I won’t use any other company in future!

My Vehicle was collected +-20minutes after making the phone call. Thinus and his drivers are polite and friendly to deal with, yet professional, efficient and also very reasonably priced.

I requested help from this company by Googling Tow Service" on the side of the road after I had a break down today. I chose who to call by looking for the company with the highest rating/most positive reviews. I was not disappointed. CJ Towing was fast and efficient

I have just received the most quick and professional service from this company, specifically Chris. My son was stuck in Randburg tonight (with his phone battery dead) and I was in no position to assist him, as I am based in Carletonville. I decided to Google for towing services in Randburg area, and CJ comes highly rated based on Google Reviews.I must admit that Chris was helpful from the first time I had called him. I relayed my problem to him, including the fact that I could not reach my son as his phone had no charge. My fear of my son being stranded and alone in the dark was immediately resolved by a very calm Chris who said he would go and look for my son. He promised that he /driver would drive out immediately to see if he could locate my son based on the C-Track message I had received when my son's car gotten stuck.Even though the message from Ctrack was not specific about address, Chris /driver were able to find my son. Chris had called me to confirm that they found my son, which immediately enabled me to calm down. And my son has just a few minutes ago confirmed that he has arrived home safely along with his car.While Chris did mention of his rate for towing my son's vehicle, he did not demand upfront payment. He was more concerned about locating my son and getting him back safely to his place of stay.Furthermore, my son was left at his student accommodation address without immediate payment being demanded. I am grateful that Chris provided such great service, and that too, without a guarantee of payment taking into account how quickly this whole episode occurred.I must admit also that the amount charged was VERY reasonable , given the high level of we care received. I was definitely expecting a higher price since CJ is based in Randburg, and given the fact that I had called at such and odd time, and without a specific address.It makes me hopeful that there are some towing companies that are so professional and caring. We will be saving CJ' s details for our future reference, as well as to recommend them to all my family/friends. Truly very highly recommended. Keep up the excellent service!!

I'd like to commend the guys at CJ's towing for helping me out. I was in need of a flatbed to move my vehicle and Thinus was very friendly and professional, made me feel comfortable using their towing service. The drivers of their fleet is friendly always willing to help and would recommend them to anyone in need of thier service.

I have used CJ Towing 3 times the first 2 times was okay but the 3rd time this guys has damaged my car and when I contacted Peet he said he will talk to the boss and get back to me and it's been so long and nothing from him so I sent a message today asking him what's happening with regards to the damages to my car and he has blocked me from WhatsApp. They will not take any responsibility for they drivers poor workmanship.
