Four months waiting for a Breville coffee machine repair. No emails, no feedback.Staff have zero interest in helping. Weekly visits to the store and still no response. Would definitely stay away from dealing with this store. I would give zero stars if it were possible. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Always a bad customer experience at this store. Staff are not friendly. I think it was the supervisor or manager who took my name and number to call regarding an item I was interested in purchasing. It's been 2 days and no calls. Secondly, as a customer if I am going into a store to purchase something, it is obvious I didn't want to get it online. Every single time my husband or I go into the store, the only thing we are told is shop online. To be frank. It erks me. Not satisfied with the service. You can do better.

I have just been to @Home Watercrest mall and received the most wonderful service. The young lady at the till went and got a trolley for me as I am old and it helps to walk with a trolley. The young man serving me let me pay for my purchase at the original price instead of the new price. Five stars to them.
