Very friendly and helpful

I would never use this dressmaker again. Fatima lied to my face twice, she told me she could make a key button hole and I received the jacket it wasn’t that. She also used the wrong colour cotton and lied again saying no one can do a key button hole. She is arrogant and wouldn’t even apologize for her mistake. She didn’t bother to contact me to tell me she can’t do what I requested. Thereafter I went to many other tailors who said they can do a key hole but she had cut the hole open knowing I wasn’t happy with the work and now it can’t be changed. I requested my money back and all she did was look at me with a blank stare and say now what. I told her the jacket was important but she just walked away. I’ve never experienced such bad service from anyone before. Absolutely infuriating and disappointing.
