I am not pleased about how I was helped today and it's not the first time I have been treated bad at MW Packaging their policy says goods can be returned within 7 days from date of purchase and unopened" I returned the plastic tubing unopened and same weight

Worst service i have just got over the phone with Ruth.I am inquiring about when next stock will be arriving she tells me she does not know!!!So who must find out? I have never been to this shop and do not recommend it to anyone else simply because of no customer service.
