Very disappointed with the service today. I went to get some samosas and stood in the line outside. There was a lady in front of me and a an behind me. I waited a little before the lady in from of me was done. When it was my turn to be served I was told we had to come inside and join that queue. So I went in. When I joined the queue inside I see the guy that was behind me getting served. The person serving him knew him so they served him and didn't ask him to join the other queue. That was very disappointing.

Very poor service today, I went in to buy a few items and joined the queue. The queue had about 8 people waiting to pay, had to wait over 20 minutes because the till was not working. The supervisor was running around like a headless chicken on the phone. She should have communicated and apologized to clients. The cashiers were standing and focusing on till that was not working. There was no plan B until a customer mentioned manual payment. Really disappointed

Great spices but poor service provided. The cashiers are super slow.

Absolutely disappointed. I bought a pack of mini rotis yesterday 15/8/22 Together with spices n other things.The lady at the cashier and another man assured me these were fresh n arrived the day before. I was in a hurry to get to work and didn't even check the pack myself. I opened this morning to make the kids lunches only to find the whole pack mouldy.Please can the management remove expired items and not market to customers. Rather be honest . It's ridiculous. I tried calling the store but the number does not exist.

Large variety of biscuits but everytime I bought it, it was stale and old stock. Family and friends experienced the same cheap quality biscuits from other branches as well. Their response to this is, nobody complained before". Their suppliers needed to be replaced. I know many high quality biscuit manufactures who supply higher quality stores. These home manufacturers need to produce better quality biscuits and store buyers need to buy from quality and reputable manufacturers."

Poor service. The staff are rude and not willing to assist customers. They have a donr care attitude towards customersThere is not a staff member willing to help a customer politely. Have asked to speak to the manager on several occasions. They are never available. Lately the quality of the masala has been very poor.

Should have read the reviews here before buying, I just bought a packet of Macadamia Nuts, expiry date 14/01/2023 - Packet looks yucky, and it is stale... like horrible, what a waste of money!! I have tried calling to no avail, absolutely pathetic!!

The Manager is extremely rude and obnoxious. She has the mannerism of a street vendor. The staff are being ridiculed and made fun of infront of customers and she says things like yesterday you were quiet like you were dying of you don't keep quiet you will die here today!!" Loud and obnoxiously.. Then she proceeds to talk over the consumer to the staff helping you while we are trying to ask the staff for items behind the till. This is absolute rot for a consumer to be witness to. It does not create an ln environment that makes us want to visit. This Manager truly needs some public servant skills as of today I see her as a street vendor with no etiquette. Please educate her in customer service skills or remove her."
