Terrible service , staff are rude and they advise to call you back but you never get a call , eventually when you get a technician to your premises they have no clue what is going on!!!!!

I needed a washing machine outlet pump and walked in here. The spares department staff were very curteous and friendly. They knew exactly what I needed and gave me two price options. This was an excellent experience. I was impressed with the friendly service and value I received from Hirch's Springfield.

Never again will we support any Hirsches stores or Umgeni service centre. Right from the beginning of the call to this service centre, we couldn't hear the person say his name because he spoke so fast. He was irritated at having to repeat his name, Deez. He was rude, obnoxious, interrupted when my hubby and I spoke to him separately, very condescending and unhelpful. I hope you record the conversations. This was 12.24pm today. Employ people who love their job and know how to deal with customers. Your company seriously lacks staff training.

My dad purchased 3 induction stoves and all three are broken within guarantee period. Two of the stoves glasstop is shattered. They say that the glasstop is an accessory and want me to pay for the repairs. R500 on one unit and R650 on the other. We purchased Snappy Chef expecting exceptional quality. We are so disappointed with Hirsch and Snappy Chef

I had the most wonderful experience with a staff member Jessy. From my first viewing day to the day of my actual purchase.. Jessy was absolutely amazing. Well worth vising the store. I will definitely be happy to shop at Hirschs again.
