Terrible service from both the staff and manager….customer service is lacking in this store…never again will i support

Was promised an appliances, paid for it! Given the run around for 2 days ans then get told We don't know" very unprofessional

I bought a new fidge 6 months later it stoped working after the tec...came to fix it got worse and house and home prisident hyper say they can do nothing i must speak to head office.this is crazy as they just want money but no help from there

Very rude and arrogant floor manager. Security stopped me halfway in ordering me to turn around as no trolleys were allowed. No signs anywhere to indicate this. My kids were in the trolley so I was not just gonna leave them with everything at the entrance. Asked for the manager, very rude. Told her she is losing customers and she said she did not care. Even when I said Im going to write this review she said go ahead. Will never visit this store again...

I bought a hob and oven on the 13th of November 2021, when my electrician attempted to install it he noticed that some wires were missing and as such both the hob and oven were not working. I have been sitting with a hob and oven that doesn't work since then. We called to inform the store about this and they said that it can be fetched for repair however no one came. We called again on the 22nd of November 2021 and were advised that someone from hisense will come and inspect the job and oven within 2 - 3 days, as I write this, no one has come to inspect and wr are left without a stove to cook. I anm extremely disappointed, we received good service on the day of the purchase but it's now a struggle to get both House and home and hisense to attend to our query. Honestly, at this rate, I will not recommend house and home to anyone.

Service excelent very friendly people

Staff helpful and courteous. Buying experience was enjoyable. Didn't have what was on the specials pamphlet as the item was end of lineout an alternative was found. Delivery was also the same day which was a pleasant surprise.
