Horrible example of failed service delivery!

I stood more than 2 hours in a queue to renew my car licence. Some arrived after me but was allowed to go before me. Only one computer was working while the card machine was offline.

Pathetic.We drove all the way from Bloemfontein to make an appointment, just to be informed that they are closed by the most arrogant cleaner.After knocking twice the cleaner shouted something inaudible from inside. On the third knock she opened up, said they are closed and slammed the door immediately in my face. This was around 15:05 - they close at 15:30.When we knocked for a fourth time, she opened up (rude and irritated) and told us that the systems are down. As this was a Friday afternoon, i'm pretty sure they closed up early and took a well deserved weekend cause who cares about customers, right? She slammed the door in my face again and we had no choice but to leave.Note: I did call the department and no one answered. They are useless and won't take any responsibility.

Pathetic incompetence for the most part. The lady at the eye testing was very friendly and helpful, however, for the rest,PATHETIC. I stood there, waiting to pay for my learners test booking, for nearly an hour without being helped.I was just ignored. Maybe because i am a white male.
