Now I’ve never been disappointed before but this time around I ordered my usual, a BBQ chicken pizza and it came with something extra!!! A piece of plastic on a pizza slice of which if I didn’t see in time, I could have choked on it !! I’m very disappointed

Customer service very bad for people paying and collecting must wait another 30 min so that they can help the people that walks in after and help them first. When speaking to the manager about it he tells me load shedding with a generator is the problem. People ordering and paying online is already a paid customer and should receive there food before people walking in afterwards and ordering.

Ordered a large Bolognese pizza, without the jalapeños. Courteous lady asked me to check the pizza once I paid. Noticed straight away that the pizza was laden with jalapeños. Although someone did come out to apologise personally for this, I was running a tight schedule so the delay was unfortunate. Once it arrived, the amount of mince was really quite poor. If you calling your pizza Bolognese, you would think the highlight or main attraction of the pizza, would be the mince right? No accompanying serviettes with pizza box. Why? Are they trying to save money or something?

There is always something wrong when I order from this place! Last time I ordered 3 pizzas, one being a pepperoni deluxe and I only got 3 slices of pepperoni and didn’t even get the garlic. Time before that I ordered 4 pizzas and 1 pizza pie and they somehow didn’t make my fourth pizza but I had to get home since my nephew had woken up and I had to attend to him. The manager said I could phone and get a free large pizza during the week to compensate. Which a large pizza is a good compromise however I had to go to bed without a pizza that night. Hurray! I’ve given so many chances to this store but every time I am let down. Prices also went up drastically which I can understand since every thing has gone up however, if I pay for something I still expect to receive it. I think from now on I should stick to ordering from other fast food places instead of romans.

Been ordering here for the past 4 years. The food is okay, a few mishaps here and there but nothing off putting for me. The Service does need some work though (customer care is not prioritised).They should pay attention to the cars that park upfront blocking the drive-tru, since it’s not clearly marked.

Tried this branch for the first time yesterday. Placed my order on the online facility. Got my message stating that my order will be ready in 10min. It was only one pizza. I got there (it was not busy at all,afternoon, about 5min before the big rugby, parking area quiet) i used the drive thru collecting window. Was met by a nice friendly lady who told me that she will bring it to my car. Inside was empty. The mr d and uber guys was sitting in the parking lot not busy at all. After 20min called and had to phone twice because first time phone was just ringing. In my time sitting in my car I did notice a nr d leaving and a couple walking in and leaving again. So when the call was finally answered by a guy, I was told that it was on its way to my car. A guy brought it out straight away apologizing that the lady forgot about it! I said to him that Im sure that it us not warm anymore and he felt the box and said that it still feels warm. Obviously wanting to get home for the now nearly start off the game, I wasnt in the mood to wait or have a refund scramble so I took it. Fortunately I dont live to far away otherwise the already luke warm pizza would have been cold. Definitely not worth another attempt. I can understand if it was busy but the staff was lounging around and the gyilty culprit didn't even brought it out herself and apologized.

I have been coming to this Romans for about 4 years. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed in the pizza. The pizza bases are doughy and they seem to have changed the recipe somehow. I feel like I wasted over 230 rand tonight as this is not the quality I am used to. The pizza base is definitely different. After so many times ordering here I can't believe how bad the food was tonight.
