My first time 3D printing something that I designed. The assistance, feedback and advice to help with my print was excellent. My collection visit was quite informative too as I was showed a bit of what they do and how they do it at their facility, which was impressive. My only reason for 4 stars is due to a bit of miscommunication that led to my print being ready later than expected, but otherwise very happy with my experience at Red Cup Village.

It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Red Cup Village. I needed a cog for a garage door replaced, that was no longer available. All I had was the broken original cog. My motor is now happily humming away, with the new cog in it. Great service. I wish them well for the future. They deserve support.
