I just want to send my thanks to the staff at PnP canal walk sorry I didn't get your names. This morning doing my usual rounds at the store silly me bumped my little toe on the leg of the shelf few minutes later I realized I left a trail of blood behind me. The staff were great at taking care of me treating my wound n sending me of with a smile on my face even though the pain I was feeling. The concern n take that was shown was much appreciated. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE

Great service and really amazing and affordable clothes. I needed a new shirt in a hurry while at work and they were willing to get on out of the back to accomodate me and make sure I got exactly what I needed. I also learnt that they have a promotion going, if you buy any Tshirts you can have it printed for free. Options are limited to soccer players and teams. The beautiful converse come in a variety of colours from black to turquoise, green to pink. It's also extremely affordable at only R199.00 a pair.

Pick 'n Pay Clothing - Canal Walk
Sizes of pajama set top and bottom did not match and only realised when I got home. Also then apparently cannot exange at a different pick n pay(i tried Sanctuary) because it will mess up their stats or whatever. So now the customer has to drive all the way from Stellenbosch back to Canal walk for a mistake on pick n pays side.

Terrible. No price on clothing. When asked staff for help. I was told I must stand in the line to cash up to find out the price. How easy it would have been if there was a scanner for customers to check the price themselves. Well, I would not be using them again.

Pick 'n Pay clothing has a new and bigger store. They currently have a sale. Clothing items available for the whole family. They also have sustainably sourced women shirts. I like that they have longer length shirts for women. Worth a visit if you're in Canal Walk.

Pick 'n Pay Clothing - Canal Walk
The new look / design is not great, the layout is confusing and finding things is challenging. They've also significantly slimmed down on boys clothes and shoes, which is frustrating. This store was also particularly messy, with half unpacked stock thrown onto displays still needing to be packed properly and was extremely understaffed on the tills - with staff standing around in sight not helping despite the ever growing queue.

I went into the store today and observed how a male and female staff member stood and laughed at a customer. How do you do that and think no one is watching? Very disgusting behavior. I felt embarrassed for the customer. Customer service is the one thing PNP prided themselves on. Build the brand and don't break the brand with poor mannered sales associates.

Pick 'n Pay Clothing - Canal Walk
Lovely shop with great variety. Today Saturday 17th June my daughter and I popped in there to look at the baby goodies. We chose a cute set which included a pink headband and bib in pink for R59.00. Paid at the till I I walk away without taking our litte package. My daughter who is expectant with her first baby was soo dissapointed when we got home to find that i had walked out the shop without baby stuff. I tried calling as soon as I got home to no avail. Pick n Pay Canal Walk does not answer their phone. Don't have cash slip iether as cashier placed it in bag but have proof of purchase on my baking app.
