A geyser leaked and caused flooding in my flat. They took no responsibility for the damage and potential damage that was done. They only have building insurance so should any of my appliances have gotten damaged they would have assumed no responsibility for that. Their geyser was not correctly installed so overflow was not redirected and safety mechanisms not running correctly. Currently their geysers are sitting at 11 years in age so it's highly probable that an event like this will happen again. For your safety and the safety of your property I suggest you not use them at all. I will be spreading the word very thoroughly and will never rent from this agent again.Incompetence seems to be the game they play. They will provide you with minimal services so be aware when they mention that you are renting from the developer.

I'd have opted for zero stars if it was possible. Rubbish management resulting in rapidly deteriorating living spaces. I would recommend everyone to avoid interaction with them all cost. Don't expect any service if anything should go wrong (which, in the current state of the buildings and facilities, will be sooner than you think) - you will be met by an attitude of one man runs the show and does not need to answer to any tenant."Having to deal with litter everywhere
