My husband's banged up old commuter bike got stolen so we went to find a replacement from Rook Cycles. We had such friendly and quick service. Aviwe built the bike in under an hour and hubby happily cycled it the 14km home. Thanks team Rook!

Awesome shop with a nice range of fixed speed bikes. The owner was super helpful and even gave me a chance to take one of the bikes around the block to try it out.The also offer rentals, repairs and accessories.

Rook Cycles is exactly what you want from a local bike shop. Fair prices, quality components and a variety of options to suit your budget. Staff are friendly, make a great cup of coffee and will happily entertain silly questions and endless bike talk. The shop has a couch and small bar table that looks out onto the iconic Long Street. Cycling coffee table books are there to keep you entertained as well. Rentals are available and weekly Thursday night rides are a lot of fun! Perfect hangout spot. Highly recommended.

Klaas and everyone over at Rook Cycles are the best! I needed a pretty hard to find part and they were able to send me over a fair shipping quote and get it processed within a week to the US. Good guys, fair price and fast service. Can't get better than that.

Great experience! Made a purchase, and a month I thought they'd over-charged me. They were happy to go above and beyond to make it right, but in the end it turns out I had been silly, and made a miscalculation.Also, it's really fun to join them for their night-rides and other activities :D
