Miscommunication with the woman who takes the bookings and the people working on premises. Made a booking only to arrive and be sent away with dismissive and rude attitudes. Would give 1 star but giving 2 for the woman's (who makes the bookings) attempt to fix the issue.

We were given a gift voucher for Ballisima. Wow what a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and the therapist were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The facilities were lovely. Thank you to Ballisima for a wonderful half day spa package. We loved everything about it. From the staff, treatments, the gift and lunch. What a treat it was.

The ladies were so friendly and treated us to lovely treatments. We enjoyed just chilling and relaxing as a group. A lovely place and people if you want to just a have a little girls time. Will definitely go again. Thank you Ronel and team.

We were pleasantly surprised with the service at this new beauty salon in Vaal Marina. It was excellent value for money! The beauticians were very professional and worked to the utmost perfection. There is a wide range of beauty services and special attention was paid to cleanliness and friendliness. Card facilities available.
