Swimmattix Swim School (The Powder Mill)

The coaches at the school are nice. BUT if you pick up a problem (with a coach or the accounts) GOOD LUCK. When we had a complaint about our coach, we were told to address it ourselves. I’ve been having a fight with Swimmattix for the last 2 years about fees. I’ve withdrawn my child from the school and would caution all prospective enrolees. Do NOT expect any kind of engagement from management with problems. I’ve asked NUMEROUS times and it has fallen on deaf ears. The sarcastic, arrogant replies from the school is about all that you can reliably count on.As proved by the comment to this review…

My wife and I highly recommend this swimming school to all parents wanting professional lessons for their children. Coach Monique Scholtz is so friendly and receptive and handled our little one with such patience and encouragement. THANK YOU Swimmatix!

My 9 year old son came to Swimmattix a year ago, he could swim but not very confidently. For the last year once a week on a Saturday he has a 30 minute lesson - he is swimming so well and with such confidence - shout out to Andrew who knows when to push and when to praise!Jack is growing from strength to strength as a swimmer thanks to Swimmattix ⚡️

Teacher Leah is AMAZING!❤️ My son, Raeeq, absolutely loves her.

Lessons are only 15 mins but I've seen great progress with my little one going from not wanting to lie on her back to happily going to her coach and submerging her ears. Coach Llewellyn has great energy and gives good clear instructions... And that's tough when your student is only 3.

Such an incredible swim school. Highly recommended. Nur is so friendly and polite. Place super clean and tidy. The kids and parents are comfortable and even the babies learn something... Caleba first lesson and he was ready to go under water... Proud mommy

Really nice setup and all covid processes in place. Be sure not to miss the turnoff, it's a small side road in the circle where you will see the Powder Mill sign and then drive through to the back boom.

The wet floor extremely dangerous please ensure they have a cleaner to wipe the floor. The coaches to stay within allocated time frame.
