I happened to drive past the entrance to the facility at what was clearly home time for the Staff.The people collecting the Staff were parked all over the traffic circle creating a very unsafe environment for all road users as the Staff just walked into the street without looking and their lifts stopped wherever they wished causing chaos when there were open legal parking spots along the side of the road.It is clear that the Tokai Estate and Faircape do not care about the neighbours, road users or road regulations.

Bad experience. My mom was discharged with this huge bedsore which we weren't told about or no medication given. We had to buy our own medication. They are now trying to brush it off to the Hospital where she was operated on. Passing the buck. The food was terrible. It was dry and the soup tasted like seawater. No flavor to the food. The people that come there have taste buds. They are not dead so liven up the food with some herbs and spices
