The store has everything you need and generally less pricey than surrounding vet shops. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Love that I can park that close to the shop

Waiting 4 days for a simple refund of R274.via EFT. Paid physical cash. Sales to low and petty cash was not allowed to be used. Phones do not work.

If there were minus stars.... I would give 10.have never had good service here. Went there today to price puppy food for a rescue Organisation. The youngster on duty has zero customer care skills....and manners. He had no clue how to answer a simple question. While I was paying I asked if he could find out a query about the dog food for me...... And shocked me with the latent reply of no". Not interested to do so. He told me he was the manager of the store. Will never go there again.....and have warned off all family a friends of this terrible service which is the only consistent of Glen Garry Pets Mart."

Service excellence on every visit!I can tell you about the most recent interaction: Shadey ordered a product for me, informed me when it arrived two days later. Sounds so simple but I've tried a few other shops who were not able to pull it off.I appreciate the ease and simplicity of each visit to this shop.

It is a bit dark inside the shop as it is painted an elegant black. However, the staff is extremely helpfull. I alwYs go back for doggy goodies
