McDonald's Springfield Drive Thru
Springfield is my favourite McDonald's. The food is always fresh especially the chips. Service is good and the meals are assembled neatly. The seating side is small.

Had a great sit down meal this morning, the burgers were the best Macdonald burgers we have had. Excellent service and very clean! Will definitely visit again soon.

Pretty much the stock standard meals you'd expect from any McDonalds, but the service is anything but fast"... don't expect a quick meal."

McDonald's Springfield Drive Thru
Went into restaurant. Was only customer waiting in for my order in line yet they only served drive throujh customers and made me wait 20 minutes for food. Also they prepared my coke with ice long before they made my food causing the coke to be watery. The burger also had literal pieces of plastic wrapper of some sort in it when i went home. Terrible experience.

Value center McDonald's. ABSOLUTELY Incompetent, staff are untrained. My coffee was served ice cold . My order wasn't correct, I ordered in the drive through and had to enter into the store to fix my problem. Only to find there's no solution for the problem not by the manager not by anybody.

Went inside, just for 1 Quarter pounder and 2 oreo macflurrys, had to ask them twice what is happening with the food. Eventually got the food after 15 minutes.Then had to wait extra 5 minutes for oreo. Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful.

My issue is with the McDonald's Springfield operating time. It's very unprofessional and poor reflection that the operating times on search of this McDonald's stores is incorrect. It's clearly states it closes at 11pm, however the security at the Springfield premise closes the gate as per Manager of McDonald's at 10.30pm. So it's either that the time stipulated on a search of this conglomerate fast food chain is incorrect or it hasn't been updated. Either way this is poor business and bad service. It is sometimes the reason why a store like will eventually close down! If managers and staff want to make their own operating sadly the world no longer operates, you either going to offer a service and earn an income or get another a 9 to 5, and let those people who need a job to earn a living. Some of us are working till late and offering services to people, it how we existinbthe 21st century. Anyway Mcdonald is unhealthy during the day its even worst at night.

McDonald's Springfield Drive Thru
The coffee was cold ...when I told them they said it is meant to be. They also forget one item on my order. They took forever because they did the order after me first. I complained and they said I must come in and they will make it up to me. I went today and waited 20 minutes and then they said, oh we can't find your email please tell us what we messed up so we can replace it.
