Friday 20th March 2020 I called to order 2 takeaway Margherita pizzas from Romans Pizza in Ballito. The employee, who could barely speak or understand English, asked if weWanted thick or thin base and I asked for thin. When my husband arrived home with the pizzas, they were thick based, and so they were left uneaten because my children hate the thick based pizzas. When I called the shop and told the same woman that we asked for thin, but got thick, she answered, “Six?” ... Really Romans??

Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. One star short since one of the 5 pizza pies fell apart upon attempting to remove it from the packet. Other 4 was perfect. Other than that great service.

Was there twice. Told me to come back after the loadsheding that was 05H00 afternoon. Told me to come back 07h00. They will be ready. Came back after 07h00 it was closed. Next day the same thing.. Was very disappointed. I love Roman's pizza. But Ballito Roman's pizza was a fail for me.

Ordered pizza, with the option to bring to the car option. Received a sms saying to flash your lights when you get there, did that. Order placed 18h55, eventually got called in at 19h40 to fetch my Pizza. They do not take it to my car I was told. Lady asks me to pay, R158. I paid online. Getting my order and they did not remove chillies off the pizza.Please fix communication between web and store, if they do not offer services dont allow it on certain shops or advise staff of services offered! It is now 19h46 and I am still waiting for my order....

Not the same old boring veg pizzas! Base was divine, toppings were fresh, and they sure know what extra cheese all about! Ordered online - was quick and easy. Only 4 stars as I feel that the charges for extra veg toppings is too high - could buy and whole punnet of mushrooms or maybe 2 green peppers... perhaps management should look into this?

We are regular Friday night pizza people, HOWEVER two Friday nights when we had the holiday makers here, the pizza crust was soft, not crispy at all. This is exactly why I don't buy from other places. Perhaps because they were very busy, they did not bake the crust crispy, but it's a disaster! I am put off, are the crusts going to be crispy again, it is perhaps the ovens?, or too busy?, or just how it's going to be from now on?

- Romans quality pizza- safe, secure, neat parking- neat store- friendly staff- service is fast / even faster when an owner is watching- would be be nice to see medium pizzas back and store closed when there is load shedding- fast-food done well !

Poor service... bought a 2l of coldrink and asked for four cups... was told that I could only get two coz that's their policy..... also the chicken and mayo pizza I ordered had a ton of mayo and I couldn't even taste the chicken ... will definitely not be going back

The pizza itself is too oily for my liking, no matter which one you order it comes with a thin layer of oil on the pizza. The location is okay, I do wish there was a specific allocated parking spot for pick up delivers since The circle is always busy during lunch hour. Nonetheless the pizza has a good taste when piping hot. Service is decent to say the least, no friendly smiles and always no reply even after you say “have a nice day” seems to me staff is either rude or not trained for face time face customer services.
