I visited the Steers at Shell Escort, North bound on the N3. Had to wait 15 minutes for the quarter chicken and chips. That's insane. The workers stood around and chatted while the chef slaved in the back. Seriously, is this the kind of service one can now expect? It wasn't always like this.

Terrible hygiene in bathrooms, more than 4 toilets out of order no working taps and disgusting smell. Inside the shop there are only 2 cashiers and crazy long lines. Never again

After I turned off the road into the slip way of this shell ultra city about 20meters in there is a stop sign in the middle of the road with two baracades.... Not at the start of the turn-off.. No reflective tape and no warning signs. Please be careful and cautious. (From mooi river side)

Absolutely disgusting. Toilets dirty broken locks on doors no toilet paper disable toilet out of order. Baby change area out of order. Will never stop here again. No excuse as only 9.30 in the morning. Does not deserve even 1 star.

I saw one or 2 petrol attendants. The fuel station was reasonable busy with not enough staff. I wouldn't return if I don't have to, it used to be better.

Went to get coffee at the Fego and there is a que and the cashier is busy counting money, but not concerned about the clients

Absolutely scary experience. It's like driving on what's left of a road and not knowing if you damage your car or leave a bumper behind.Scratched my rim leaving yesterday due to bad road conditions.

Stopped for a quick cup of coffee. Bought 2 cappuccinos from KFC. Observed 3 ATMs at the back entrance. The Spar was crowded. This place was neat and tidy.Sanitizer available. No screening process available.

Spar express cashier busisiwe Is so RUDE no customer service at all. She shouts at customers. The cleaning ladies at the toilets speak about everyone while on the que as if we can't hear them. The place is busy yes but it doesn't mean treat people like dogs.
