They are spot on with their estimation of the delivery to arrive. The delivery people are extremely friendly too! I haven't had a bad experience with any of them. They also follow the instructions you add under 'notes' when you place your order, so all in all, they are amazing! I would definitely recommend people to use their service.

My experience was very bad. Ordered food and got it almost three hours later. Hamburger cold, chips chewy, Coke without gas and ice cream was basically soup. I drank my ice cream! When I phoned in, the phone was put down in my ear three times! Not on!

Avoid using mr delivery at all costs - I cant remember the last time that an order actually arrived with the correct food. What a shambles. Better off using Uber eats or ANYONE else for that matter!! never again

My husband ordered food last night at 17:45 an amount of R251.84 was taken from his account ....: he didn’t receive any confirmation about the order he tried phoning the mr delivery contact number it doesn’t work he sent several messages and emails to them no answer from them ...their service is really terrible!!! and from our experience they don’t come no where close to Uber eats

I paid for a delivery and the funds came off my account, nothing was delivered and the Tokai number doesn't work I want a full refund. This is bullshit

Wrong food was delivered. They said they will refund me the full amount after 3 days not getting anything I emailed them and responded by saying they haven't processed yet. 3 weeks later now, I have emailed twice and they simple just don't reply anymore.STAY AWAY.

The estimation on the website is spot on! You can tip the delivery person by adding 10% for 'the waiter' so you don't even have to have cash on you! It's super convenient. I am using this a couple of times a week! Plus, the delivery charge is so cheap! Love it!

Your drivers are going to ruin your brand. They DEMAND you to fetch your order downstairs at the gate instead of coming upstairs to my door. It's a safe complex, they can always bring their vehicles inside. I cancel so many orders cause drivers never want to come to my door. We PAY for door delivery. I have a small toddler with me at all times. So inconvenient, it contradicts your entire premise.
