Incredible house, incredible amenities, incredible location! No better place to stay in Kleinmond.Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing and indulgent weekend away. Every detail has been thought of and every need catered too. The perfect weekend getaway just outside of Cape Town! Highly recommend long walks on Kleinmond beach, the cliff path and exploring Harbour road!

We’ve stayed at Villa le Roc a few times- once in one of the apartments and more recently in the new addition on the top floor (3 bedrooms). Both are absolutely amazing- the attention to detail, and beautiful interior really makes for a lovely stay. It can be booked separately or all together.The upstairs “home/apartment” has three different outside stoeps- which is just the best for entertaining- two have beautiful sea-views and the “gin-stoep” has beautiful mountain views. All the bedrooms are beautiful and all are en suite. The kitchen honestly has everything you need, complete with wine fridge, ice machine and De Longhi gas stove. Smeg appliances as well as Nespresso machines.It’s always nice going away for the weekend and being able to lay a lovely dinner table- the glasses and crockery and all the extras are beautiful!Both downstairs apartments have their own braai-areas, and the top apartment has an outside braai, as well as an indoor braai and pizza-oven (perfect for those winter weekends!)

We had an incredible stay at Villa Le Roc! From the furnishings to the layout, from the location to the views, we were blown away by our weekend spent in the Villa. The whole space, which feels homely yet sophisticated, provided us with options to relax in so many different ways

One of my favourite places to visit. This weekend was my third time visiting Villa le Roc, and I fell more in love each time. I had to work on Saturday, Wi-Fi (Fibre) was excellent and had the best ocean view. Perfect for a mid-week getaway if you are working remotely My heart is full after the most amazing weekend.

This is one of the best self catering apartments we have stayed in! Super comfortable with so much attention to detail.Mirinda is a great host and.thinks of everything a guest could need.We love the shower amenities, nespresso pods, lindt chocolates and the lovely Beaumont wine which was left for us to enjoy.The area is super child friendly with tons of kids riding their bicycles, enjoying the beach which is just 5mins walk away.This is our 2nd stay at Villa le Roc and we have just booked our 3rd for early in 2022.

To say that our stay was excellent is an understatement.My husband and I stayed in the upstairs main house for a week with a few friends joining us for the weekend whereby we also booked the downstairs apartment units.The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, with high quality kitchenware and certainly everything you could need to prepare dinner for 14 people. All of the bedrooms are spacious and has lots of closet space (great for extended stays) as well as very good quality bedding. (Kitchen: nespresso machine, coffee plunger, fridge, wine fridge, ice machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils,The house is very tastefully decorated and each room in the house is unique. It is situated a street from the ocean and close to picturesque walking routes along the Kleinmond beach.One of my favourite features of the house was the ample outside seating with three big balconies to choose from, all with a different view.There are two braai areas, one on the front balcony and one inside the house. The inside braai area is also equipped with a pizza oven (which we used as the owner was kind enough to leave pizza bases in the freezer) and a pool table.I would highly recommend this house as a quick weekend getaway or as an extended holiday

Villa le Roc is the most beautiful, sophisticated house I have ever seen. From the interior decor to the amenities to the views, this place is an absolute must. Fantastic host. Everything has been thought of. You won't be disappointed.

Had an amazing stay at Villa le Roc with 12 of my closest friend! The house is beautiful and stylish with all the amenities you could ever wish for. The attention to detail is incredible, every room has an unique feel and the braai area with pool table and pizza oven is perfect for entertaining. Would 100% recommend for a luxurious weekend away with a group of friends or family.

Perfect holiday location for those who are looking forward to spending their time in peace, the ocean is right at the doorstep giving opportunity for a lovely walk alongside the coast. The apartment is fully equipped, shops are nearby.
