having recently entrusted them with a family member, I found them unprofessional, uncaring and arrogant in their dealings with me. Medication was not dispensed in accordance with doctor's orders, vegetarian diet was a joke (they simply omitted the meat/fish/chicken), and when this was raised, the contract was terminated with 24HRS(!!!) notice, and refunds were withheldAll in all a shining example of Rip-offs in the Health-care" sector!Update following your answer:1. only 50% of the deposit was thus far returned. Since you terminated the contract
