Poor service, unreasonable waiting hours and they seem understaffed. Theres also corruption you can pay 60 rands to cut the line.

Poor service, corruption, understaffed..I applied for a smart card for a first time in 2021 and they gave me a duplicate and told to wait for a message and I've been waiting but nothing...I tried to do follow ups and contacting them but all they keep on telling me is that the staff has no chairperson, so other issues can't be processed or resolved.. My advice is Try other DHA than going to this Useless Headquarter DHA
