I would absolutely recommend Fixology! Called to make sure the store would be open when I arrived and the tech was able to walk me through fixing my controller issue myself. Saved me a trip and some cash.

Huge thanks to Fixology for their speedy and professional responses and in being proactive to help me in getting a replacement for my FPV from DJI. I also dealt with them for a repair and they never failed to keep me updated, and went on to deliver a professional service. Fixology is affordable, responsive and with no doubts a no brainer when it comes to repairs! Highly recommend!!

Fixology aren’t repair specialists, they will just replace a whole unit or component if it isn’t functioning. Expect to pay a lot more than might be necessary when they opt to replace a whole camera gimbal that was very reparable.They also did not check the drone after they replaced a cracked arm, so I got it back and had no connection to the remote, and the gimbal showed error, gimbal motor overloaded. They did not flag this with me and just advised me that i must keep line of sight with the drone at all times…. I was a meter away from it and it was losing signal (a problem the drone didn't even have when i brought it in)I was told i need to replace my camera gimbal at at huge cost, so when I received the drone back I simply looked at the issue myself and saw that the harness had come unstuck, i put a tiny dot of glue on it and voila, the gimbal worked again.

Amazing Service, in this day and age with electronics its so hard to find someone that will do a proper job and repair instead of replace if they can. Fixology sorted out my Mavic the same day and got me out of a tight squeeze. I highly recommend them for any DJI products.

Amazing service. Arrived in Cape Town and they took a few hours to repair my DJI Mavic Air. Initially they said it included the whole new arm and motor and when I collected they had charged me less. This is an ethical business!!

As an experienced DJI user and professional drone crasher, I can assure you that it was the worst repairing experience I've ever had.I bring them a drone with a gimbal motor problem and they charge me for making a quote about an absolutely unnesseserely replacement for the whole gimbal with a camera. Proudly explaining that they are following the DJI guidelines and would never gonna fix the parts, only replace the whole modules. Knowing that in advance, they’re literally swindling their customers.I Highly do not recommend this place if you want to make a real repair to your device. I can’t even call it a repair center""

Very good service. I had a small problem with one of my propellers. Took the drone in and they fixed it there and then - no charge. They have my loyalty now for sure.
