Received my Oukitel P20 Pro quite fast. Took 3days to deliver as stated on their site. Very happy with the phone's quality and materials used to assemble it. Rugged look and feel. Will see how it holds up in the contractor industry. Camera takes good photos. If you want good quility photos then I'll suggest you go with a better oukitel with a 40MP camera.Overall I'm happy with the phone.I gave it a 4star rating as the phone still needs to prove it self.

I bought a Oukitel WP18 model. Had it for a few days. Ride my motorbike on the R59, direction Vereeniging and the phone came out of my jacket pocket and hit the road. The speed it came out of my jacket pocket was 170 km per hour. Trucks and cars ride over the phone. I thought that was the end of the phone. Picked it up along the road edge and saw it was still on and working. The screen was cracked on two corners. Replaced the screen and that was almost one year ago. It still working fine. It is truly a rugged phone and us great value for money. Bought two C19 smart phones for my wife and daughter. They are very happy with their phones. I have found to date Oukitel phones are great value for money and they are much cheaper than commercial brands everyone knows. I can recommend Oukitel phones to anyone who is looking for a phone with great quality and value for money.

Bad customer service, heavy phone and is not rugged as advertised. I was promised military grade gorilla glass screen and it cracked the first time it dropped from less than a metre fall, can't even claim for a refund for my purchase when my phone was purchased earlier this year and you will be robbed of your money if purchased. To all readers and viewers I recommend to not purchase an Oukitel product or device.

This is still one of the best buys of my Gadget I promise you you won't regret your decision. Oukitel K9Pro is the Big Deal and it's got 6'9 inc screen makes it perfect for both word . I cracked my screen and contacted their Jozi Branch or Office and Sis Mbali made me smile again... It is not often that one has dealings with another entity (whether it be in a personal capacity or in acorporate environment) over an extended period of time and not run into some sort of problem or morelikely than not, a series of problems.This statement especially holds true for that instrument without which most of us cannot functionproperly these days i.e. the mobile phone, or Cell-phone as we like to call it. Just about everything in ourlives are centered around that instrument, from business contracts to declarations of undying love andeverything in between is done with that marvel of communication the (sometimes not so) ordinary cellphone.This brings me to Oukitel South Africa – I am one of those individuals that like to investigate that which Iintend to purchase just about into oblivion. I check and compare stuff like performance data, features,availability, company credentials and price almost religiously but I am also in the habit of giving anunknown or new product a chance! In this case Oukitel checked all the boxes and I purchased 2 cell-phones from them a couple of months ago. (The WP20 for me and the C21 Pro for my wife.)What an eye opener – from the initial contact with the company through to the buying experience andafter sale service were spot-on. The telephones are well built with intuitive controls and even our ratherbottom of the pile phones are feature rich and a pleasure to work with. We have had no issues up to thepresent but past experience has left me to believe that any future experience will be nothing less thanfantastic!For my money Outikel SA has one of the best if not the best product lines currently available in SouthAfrica with the service to back it up – ‘enough said.Derick Rosslee
