Product was well prepared - tasted fresh and not too salty (as some other franchises). Service, was lacking though... There was a long wait, while the store was not busy. There were 2 cook staff who were just standing around, while only one prepared orders. Front staff made no eye contact.My conclusion... Get their food but use a delivery service. Pity I don't live in the area though so, I guess I'll be missing out

I can't say the service is bad because there is no service. And my shopping trolley wasn't allowed to be next to me but should be left unattended ten meters away. Similarly I can't say the food was good or bad as I left in disgust

Very upset. I asked if I could please have thighs and drumsticks for the family meal because of my kids. I was told very abruptly that they won't do that for me.

I am a chef and I understand the frustration of wanting to go home, however I believe the presence of professionalism should exist. The staff is rude and practically kick you out when the clock is close to hitting and kick you out while you wait for your order. When your order comes out they argue with you and no one calls you to tell you about your order instead they continue with their closing duties while PAYING customers sit outside hungry waiting for their orders. The attitude in this place is more aggressive than friendly. Wouldn't recommend.
