Dryden Garage Doors Gates Automation

Really poor communication. Had Dryden install 9 roll-up garage doors for our apartment building in early December 2016. The actual garage doors were good quality, however they damaged the concrete pretty badly, on installation. I have emailed and left numerous messages but received no response. I eventually called again and got to speak to the owner, who informed me that they were unable to find someone to install it and will try do so over the Christmas and New Year holiday, when no one will be around. He also told me that it was my responsibility to ensure the entrance was smooth before they installed, despite the quote including the removal of the old doors and installation of the new ones. I am currently withholding the final payment until the repairs are complete. They installed over 3 days and were late each day, they also did not inform me that we needed to provide electricity, even though I had asked many times if they needed anything. I would not recommend Dryden.

Used Dreyden to install two roll up garage doors and they made use of subcontractors who left the site before finishing the work. Poor quality of work - no accountability for the standard of service rendered. Not recommended that you use this company. Customer service is obviously not a priority.
