Although they were able to help quickly, the job was not effective and when I contacted them for a second consult (which they suggested), they said there wasn't much they could do because they didn't know what it was". Even though I had caught and kept a bug for him to identify. He then said he would call the following week to set up an appointment - I never received the call. They also lost my POP. Terrible admin and service"
