Worst services ever, especially as this was my first ever stop at this Engen. Jimmy was my petrol attendant.1. Stopped there, climbed outside to chat with the petrol attendant because most people only sit in their cars and don't chat to them and he wasn't interested in any small talk. (Bad 1st impression)2. I told him to full up to auto stop but he filled up manually and petrol came out gushing from the side of my vehicle (hê didn't say sorry or even try to clean it up).3. I was clearly holding my Jet card for rewards but he immediately put the payment thru and had to cancel it in order to swipe my Jet card before paying.4. I personally had to use the window cleaner on my own to clean the petrol that dripped on my vehicle due to point 5. After telling him that I got bad service. He mumbled something in his own language.I don't know if this is the usual service that people get here but I will never fill up here and I will tell others not to support this place.

Engen petrol station with numerous pumps for diesel. Trucks are catered to with 400ppm diesel - probably due to the proximity to the market and factories.Workers know how to pump up tyres properly, which is becoming something of a lost art on forecourts.

This is a kak place from the owner to the managers and the staff the owner doesn't have it in him to run that place properly because he is afraid of his employees and the manager's and the staff are bad at there jobs and if you ask for the owner they are afraid of him what a kak place
