I recently had a problem with my approx 26 month old WILLARD battery.I Ave bought and favored the Brabs for many. 50. Years.I purchased a new battery in mid 2020.This lasted around 12 months and became faulty.This was exchanged for a new battery in late 2021This replacement t finally started with problems in Mid November 2022.I visited the Woodnead branch where I gas bought it only to find it is now a new business, these people fobbed me off with no idea of customer service.I contacted the WILLARD head office and factory and with seriously rude and abrupt attitude, was told that they do not guarantee this a second time.Comments from Auto Electricians were that the batteries are now produced with sub standard materialsNow even though all my previous purchases of such product hadSted a minimum of 6 years, I tend to believe the professional comments.I am not wasting my time further, however I guess one may understand my is regard for the product.
