I got great service from the guy working here, he trusted and ordered me what I needed over Facebook messenger, and it came on time. Most other stores promised to call back etc but he was the only one who actually made an effort to make a sale. It is so hard for stores to sometimes sell you something that you really want and they lose out on sales from laziness, so it was nice to meet someone who was willing to just do it. Thanks.

I have done business with Cash Crusaders Hatfield previously, so wanting to sell a few items, in excellent condition, I call them up. I wanted to get some facts and advise.My previous experience was exciting and pleasurable and there was a sense of basic respect.But today, my experience was the exact opposite.The deal went from 'interested' to ' not interested ' within 2hrs. This left me perplexed.I did not feel like a valued client, I did not feel loved,no kindness, no sincerity. Not even a apology for waisting 2 hrs of my time.Fast, efficient, friendly and respectful, service was wat I expected from the Brand.

The staff makes you feel like a criminal they are extremely rude and condescending will not recommend this store to anyone in the future an Wil for sure never support this Hatfield branch again will my them famous but in the bad way thanks for nothing!!!!
