Terrible communication, ignorant customer service, and a bunch of the food we had in our fridge is now off because we haven't been able to cook it for the past week and a half. I've now scrolled through other reviews and my story seems to be a common problem(their excuse is gas shortages whenever someone complains over the past few years)I Ordered a refill for our cylinder 12 days ago. Didn't hear anything from them for 2-3 business days(how long their website says it takes). I then called and Whatsapped to figure out when it was coming. They said they would talk to the right people and send me a message but they never did.I then called a couple days later, same story.Sent them a text this morning saying we've been out of gas for over a week now(and 12 days past order) so either deliver today or send us a refund!I had someone apologetically call me saying they would let me know later in the day if delivery would be today or tomorrow.Still haven't heard anything.Can I add the food i haven't been able to cook in my fridge to the refund request?

I ordered a Cadac stove and paid for it 11 days ago on the Premier Gas website. Delivery was supposed to be 4-7 days. I have been trying to get in touch with the company and leaving messages but no response and emails bouncing. Not good.

Extremely happy with my fast and efficient service provided by Zaahir and the Premier Gas Team. Did a last minute order around 3.30pm, paid my deposit for a 9kg tank and received it before 5pm!Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend the Premier Gas team.

Ordered online and was informed by owner ( Mr. Zaahier Dollie) they will deliver Saturday (next day) due to public holiday Friday 16 June, received tracking details 10h49 shortly after they arrived installed my refill gas tank. DONE!! by 11h00. Quick and easy they will definitely be my go to 10/10 service.Thank you Premier Gas Central.

What a team! I had received numerous quotes for 2 installations - one in Southern suburbs the other in Langebaan. The quotes took a long time to receive and were excessive. I found Premier Gas while Google once again. Messaged them directly from their internet page and I received a response almost immediately - on a weekend!!! Within 24 hours I had two quotations and then a quote for the travel costs to Langebaan. The Langebaan installation was completed first. I was kept informed with calls, messages, videos and photos all the time. My other house was completed a few days later, on time, high standard of work, clean up after they are complete, friendly but professional. I highly recommend this team.
