Once you've paid them it's the end of any real customer service. For such an investment go with a reputable brand company that follows through on excellent customer service, provides good quality aka defect free products and good after sales service. I would never recommend them. Save yourself the headache. Unsurprisingly the only 5 stars they received is from the owner themselves.Your response below is rather convenient. I could just post screenshots of emails received by many members of your personnel addressing me as Lebo" but honestly it's not worth it. Your dishonesty and response further proves the manner in which you prefer to conduct business. I don't need anything from you

We paid the 50% deposit for two security shutters in February 2023. After months, we were advised that the shutters will be installed in the first week of May and that the 40% payment was due. After paying this, the team arrived with warped and damaged shutters. They took the shutters away and I haven't received feedback on a new installation date yet, after several emails and calls. This is very poor service from a security shutter business and I would give them a zero star rating.

The service and advice we received regarding the shutters can only be described as excellent. The shutters are gorgeous and definitely from an interior perspective much more easy on the eye than the security blinds of the competitors. They are easy to open as promised and were delivered exactly on the delivery date as promised. The installation was done very neatly in the newly renovated house. I will definitely recommend QC shutters to any interested parties.

QC Shutters makes their customers feel very special in everything that they do and they always on time with everything. They have performed to my expectations and much more. I highly recommend using QC Shutters , as you would like to complete your home with the best quality shutters.

The blinds were made too long-they were resting on the windowsill. I had to call them to come out to fix the obvious too long blinds. They left the dust after drilling the holes. Despite numerous calls the owner sent out the same technician to get the problem sorted. They were shortened without taking out the additional slats. I was told by the technician that it is general practice to leave additional slats, resting on the very bottom slat for in case one gets damaged.-? One blind was tied up 1cm shorter than the other two blinds. Out of fear for a bigger mess, I gave it up for a bad job to try and get them fixed. Although they gave me a good quotation comparing to other suppliers of wooden blinds, I still expected a professional service and a quality product.

Don’t waste your time,effort and money with this company. No after sales service. All shutters were incorrect and empty promises.At first service is good, even giving you a quote on the same day with promises galore! After being promised shutters will arrive in maximum three months, they eventually took a total of almost 6months! Each an every window and door size was WRONG. Calls were avoided and we were ignored. After a chase of a further two months, we were told they couldn’t provide the shutters and blinds that we ordered and they gave us what they had made locally but wasn’t what we ordered and paid for, in full! Their own staff who were installing advises us that the company could have made the shutters as per our order yet the very poor salesman Jacques said it could not be done!Avoid the stress and go with another company. No one has time to constantly chase a company to provide a service or goods. Go with someone who will appreciate your business!
