spent a fortune on a kvm switch from these guys and it came broken, only later did i see 3 month warranty, therefor i think they a reject selling company that of cause is a scam of a company. no response to my mails

Absolutely horrendous, I ordered a simple tablet cover and on the site said it would arrive before the 21st December, so i purchased it. as it was a chrismas gift. delivery adress would be my home. a week later it was updated to the 24th. but it did not arrive. I was inforemed on the 18th january that it was delivered to mall of africa and because no one collected the package it was sent back to Buffalo logistics warehouse. The support i recieved was to contact the curior company based in china and sort it out myself. I have given up I have been robbed

This is not a South African company. They source from China and other places. Deliveries which are indicated as 10 to 15 working days take 2 months to arrive. They use Buffalo Logistics which has pathetic ratings (I have experience). When logging a return on an item a deathly silence is all you get. I know because I tried to return a broken item. Plus you have to pay to return the broken item. Really NOT recommended!

Called many times with no reply or response. Sent messages also with no response... Now we are not sure whether this place exists or are legit

Does anyone answer calls at this store? I called several times, and drove to its premises (physical address in ParkTown, Jhb) and the security guards at the complex said it doesn't exist at that complex).

I tried doing business with this online shop but failed. Staff are friendly but not helpful. After giving them screenshots of their item being advertised for Rxxx they actually changed the price in my billing account to Ryyy. They refuse to admit any wrongdoing. I am done with this shop. Fortunately I did not give them my banking details.

We warned such places are popping up everywhere. They don't stock or source locally and take forever to deliver. Full of excuses and no after sales support.

Do not buy from DealsDaily. I only discovered this company is a middle man for products that they order from China when I received the dispatch notice. The service from China and the courier company was excellent and my order arrived in good time. However, when I tried to return one of the products to the so-called HQ in JHB the trouble started. The website says they honour returns. The head of the support team goes by Adiel (Aadil) and things were off to a good start when I sent the first return request. Then, after pretending to hand over to the support team (somebody Adiel referred to as Mahdi) nothing happened. From then on Adiel and the fictitious support team totally ignored my correspondence. Three weeks after my initial contact I have done something I have never done before, write a bad review. Don't spend your money here!

I have emailed and used the live chat button on the site for more than 2 weeks. Not a single helpful response. They brag of world class service and response time of 24 - 48 hours ALL LIES.No help.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!AND IF YOU DO, REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK AS A FRAUD BUSINESS!
