I mean the food is good it's just the location well not the location but the customers , a specific privileged customer" that went crazy when they didn't call her for her order and instead people that came after her got their orders first

I have bought fish there several times. I love your fish. My last experience was so bad. That was last Thursday. The lady who was 'serving' us was rude. We asked for prices of fish, she would say the prices so fast and was so angry with us. She held her hands up showing how annoyed she was as she did not want to tell us the prices again and when we wanted to know if we can swap anything. That girl is rude.It would be better to have the prices of fish without chips or rice on the wall as well. like :-Small-R..Medium ..R...Large ..R...We left and ate at Nandos

Absolutely loved my last order only issue is that last week I ordered the exact same thing but the order was not upsized like I requested. Yet I was charged for it… please train the staff to pay attention to order request.

I’ve ordered a meal at 6pm feb 24/23 my food was delivered after 8pm that evening i had to take a drive to the store about 7pm to do a follow up and thinking i could collect it while i was there the service is 2/10 terrible well when I received my order the food was ice cold looking like a mess and the driver tells me he was given by another driver to deliver and still expected me to pay I sent the food right back and will never purchase or let any friends and family buy food from bluff fish aways ever disgraceful behaviour

Great staff but system and food let's you down. Have to order through the call center they send the order to the store. The store doesn't have the item so they just don't make your food ??? And the fish we did get was full of bones.

Terrible experience. Called for delivery. Staff didn't know what she was talking about. As well as delivery took more then two hours. Then when the driver shows up. He gives us a story about waiting for the card machine but didn't have it with him. Full of lies. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Placed an order for delivery... Order was placed at 6pm. They said it would take 30-40 minutes... 2 hours later... nothing. I called them... And they had no idea what I was talking about. Didn't know what my order was. Nothing. Then suddenly at 08:30pm they deliver the meal... I completely understand that at month end things get alot busier... But surely better processes can be put in place to avoid incidents like this?!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Usually it takes very long before ethe order arrives but today it was fast. I was shocked. The food was delicious and scrumptious although I didn't expect the calamari rings to be that small seeing that they were big in the picture. Classic case of looks being deceiving. With that said I will definitely be going back for more because at the end of the day I enjoyed the meal.
