McDonald's Walmer Park 2
First occasion - went ti drive through to order a drink - coffee / milkshake / frappe / coke?! and they couldn’t assist because they had no water (Why do you need water to have coke or a milkshake?)Second occasion (IN THE SAME WEEK), we ordered food inside and after 40 minutes waiting they had lost our order!!! Absolutely shocking.

Very disappointed. Medium chips R31 and you get half a fully thing of chips.. cooldrink was flater than a wall and the food was cold.

NewSeating inside a bit awkward, they removed the main window seating, seems everything is facing backwards. Use to enjoy Main window view on rainy days. There is also table and chairs like right by the main entrance. Staff great and food is good

Worst ever experience from any McD in SA. Cold old chips and bad bad made cheeseburgers. Can not even get the basics right from the original menu. Dissapointed.Stay away. Newly revamamped still bad food service.

Cold meals, order came late, no apple pie as ordered. Ordered jalapeño burger meal but received some dry cold chicken burger and cold chips. Mc flurry was melted. Very unhappy

Was undergoing renovations at time so only drive through open. Staff were grumpy. Food was nothing like what was advertised.

Food is as good as McDonald's can get, which is more on the low/mid end of fast food options. However staff are generally friendly and helpful. Inside area is nice and spacious and in a lovely quiet area
