I honestly tried to find reason to give 4 stars, and nothing. These guys are amazing!! They are very helpful and don't give any issues with claims. They actually pay out!! My car was involved in a hit and run accident unfortunately, it got written off. They settled my outstanding balance with the Bank in less than 3 weeks! Their premiums are really fair too and their access is low. Road side assist is quick to respond. You won't regret insuring with them. I hope they continue to give such great service as they grow as a company. It's the Big well establish insurance brokers that couldn't care less.

They never answer their phones and never get back to you

Day 4 with a burst geyser and their only response is they are awaiting feedback from the underwriter.
