Dis-Chem Pharmacy Olympus - Pretoria

I get to write two words...then back track. I can't decide on how I felt after visiting Dis Chem in Boardwalk . The Store is well stocked but you unable to browse around , It's a busy Dischem with staff and reps Standing in the isles try to market stock. I have been here before and it was crazy buzy. I feel a bit claustrophobic especially on weekends. If you into browsing its a big No from me, but the variety they have is fenominal. The Staff were pleasant and service at the tills was average but fast.

Excellent service by the dischem Olympus online team!! This is not the first time I am highly impressed by their efficiency and the way they go the extra mile to help! I had an issue previously with the Disney stickers and lunch box which their online manager helped me sort out and today I had super fast delivery.... A big thank you to the manager and team! Excellent customer service!

Placed on online order with Dis-chem in the morning of 11/10/2022. The order was sent to Dis-chem Olympus for processing.On 13/10/2022 I checked on the status of the order and I saw there is no progress on it. I logged a query on the website.I received a call from Dis-chem Olympus informing me that I have not paid for the order. I tried explaining to the lady that I have paid when I placed the order, that I have proof of payment and that the transaction shows on my statement. She argued and told me I need to go pay for the order as it shows pending payment" and that I am mistaken.I was quite upset and contacted Dis-chem via Facebook

Very helpful pharmacy section and knowledgable on various medical questions related to medication.

One star for the extensive product range. Zero stars for items not being packed properly or easy to find on shelves and unavailable or hidden sizes. Double zero stars for your employee standing at the till hustling for donations for some or other charity I have never heard of. Dischem, if you want to look good out there with Joe Public, why dont you donate some of your profits, your customers are there to buy and not to be sold sob stories.

The matter will be escalated to DisChem directly, however it is necessary to warn others of the GROSSLY INCOMPETENT SERVICE AT THE DISPENSARY FROM LUCKY MAKENA. His disinterested, lazy attitude led to incorrectly entered personal details on my profile, incorrectly charged medication at the tills and, what was eventually discovered, the wrong script repetitions — adding up to 1 hour spent in the store trying to fix his inability as a “chemist”. To add insult to injury, he couldn’t explain to his colleagues how he loaded my profile onto the system. Without taking any accountability, he kept on shifting the blame to the DisChem system until his colleague intervened, cancelled my incorrect profile, created the correct profile AND transferred my script details IN UNDER 5 MINUTES — which indicates that Lucky was either dishonest about his activity on the system, insufficiently trained, or both.

Worst customer service ever. Cashier looked uninterested in assisting me. Didn't pack my goods into the bags I brought. The other staff are just as uninformed about their promotions.I'd rather go to the one at Lynnwood Lane going forward.

Absolutely shocking service at the clinic. We walked in to have a quick B12 injection. First we were told no assistance without an appointment - Nowhere is there a notice which stipulates this system… We asked if we can’t please be assisted as there was no one in the clinic to which we were told the nurse is already busy with someone. We asked if we could wait until they were done and should they finish before the next appointment if we could be helped in between. After a 30min wait the NO ONE leaving we were told the nurse is now on lunch and cannot assist us.PATHETIC!!!!

While trying Dischem for the first time today (Normally a Clicks fan), I was lied to by the very 'helpful' Afrikaans lady at the self-care pharmacy section. I was bluntly told the product I wanted has been discontinued for over a year.Meanwhile, this product is listed on their website as being available at their stores. Happily I got the product I wanted from Clicks Olympus.Needless to say, I'll ever again waste my time at Dischem.
