Very slow service. I am leaving without filling after a 20 minute wait.

Area could do with some cleaning up

Well positioned, but needs a bit of TLC and maybe some renovations. This outlet is right next to the highway and it has every opportunity to be one of the biggest filling station. I still recommend people to fill up here, no waiting, no queue and the shop is convenient.

Good service by some staff however large turnover of the chaps and ladies

Worse station ever, Ridge Oasis. They don't deserve to be called a service station. I've used them for more than 3 years, on weekly basis but every time I'm there, I have to wait for at least 10 minutes, even when it is not full. There will be attendants walking around but not bothering to come and service cars that are waiting. Yesterday, after waiting for 10 minutes, I called an attendant that was coming from the shops. He signalled me to wait and went and helped a taxi that came after me. 5 minutes later, I left, as I couldn't take it anymore and I don't think I'll ever go there again. I've had enough.

We were unable to fill up because of loadshedding atm not working

A 5 minute drive away very convenient although pupms are down during loadshedding so make a note of schedules before you go.

To think this was a BP flagship site. What a let down. The site outside is dirty and unwelcoming. Service inside does not exist. Staff and management unfriendly. Wild Bean and Hot Dog Cafe area looks dirty and rundown. Hot Dog not even prepared from bain marine taken to the back to prepare. BP shame on you you used to be the industry leader.

Very nice staff and good place to take a break from the road

Conveniently located just off the N3 highway, always quiet so there’s no wait to fill up your car. Shop is open 24 hours, which makes it convenient should you require anything after hours.
