Nate came out to help me fix up the proform cross trainer I put together. While it’s easy to assemble yourself, a professional like Nate will ensure it performs at its best possible condition.

I bought a exercise equipment from rebel sport it was wobbly and rattling. I call rebel sport they sent Brian. Brian is a gentleman very respectful kind he listens to the customers very well understand them. He solved my problem and requested for new equipment. I got the new equipment all ready. Thank you so much much for all supporting. Yes I recommend Brian he is the best. There is beautiful lovely receptionist her name is Melissa O’Shea knows her job very well. She keeps her words does her job very well and she is kind respectful. The company is lucky to have Brian and Melissa O’Shea as their employees. I recommend their service. God bless them both ameen.

Amy and the team helped me out a lot recently with a replacement control board for a NordicTrack treadmill for cheap than what was online plus answered all my questions to enable me to replace the controllers myself

My cross trainer was releasing squeaky sounds.. the problem was pinpointed at first glance and fixed in 5 minutes. These guys are experienced, professional, friendly and rang the bell on time. Highly recommend.

After an initial issue with a new elliptcal, Darryl from their Canberra team was sent out to help get it sorted. He called me to book a time, and was friendly and professional. When he arrived on the day he was on time, and resolved the issue quickly and provided excellent service and some great conversation!

Bought a Proform eliptical H14 which unfortunately had a faulty resistance motor straight out of the box.Despite an extremely disappointing experience following the attendance of a technician who knew minimal of what he was doing and calling his supervisor multiple times requesting guidance as it was the first time he had worked on this type of machine and eventually advising that he would need to reschedule the job as he didn't have the required tools, I reached out to the fitness doctor and spoke to Mel who immediately took ownership of the situation and personified the meaning of customer focus and care.Mel expedited the matter and arranged for a senior technician to be rescheduled to attend my residence along with the procurement of the replacement components within hours of reporting the situation.Amazing experience second time around dealing with the fitness doctor who are extremely fortunate to have Mel working with their team.Thanks Mel for all your assistance and support!

The team at The Fitness Doctors came out to install our home gym in a tight spot. They went above and beyond to cut off a joint that was not needed with a hand saw to ensure our gym fit perfectly in our room. They worked quickly and with smiles all round.
